Physical performance and fitness goals, like things worth having, involve time, dedication, motivation, and discipline. Numerous people reach out to me for fitness and cycling advice, but the only ones to succeed, are the ones that do listen and make changes.

If you’re only goal to any workout, sport, fitness, or physical activity is to loose weight, get toned, or gain muscles mass in a short amount of time with little effort, I wish you luck in every trial.

The first thing you have to remember is that all cyclists start with short rides. With insufficient training, most cyclists can accomplish a 10 to 12mph speed ride, and the average distance for a beginner is 2 miles only. It can take you about ten weeks to feel confident riding a distance of 10 miles, but it will depend on your consistency.

To make yourself succeed with weekly rides, you need to schedule at least two to three hours for cycling so, you’ll need to select the best time and the days that work for you. You should consider riding at least three days a week if you want to improve hastily.

If you get annoyed about cycling around your neighborhood or worried about riding your bike among traffic, you’re not alone. I believe traffic and lose dogs are still pro cyclists’ top nightmares.
